Privacy policy

Tozalive is designed to receive citizens' requests about waste and ecology problems, route them to the relevant department and review them. The app is directly connected to government ecology departments.

This privacy policy applies to all users of the app — both individuals and legal entities.

At registration: name (full name), phone number and address (region, district, mahalla). For legal entities, additionally: organization name, TIN number, legal address and representative details.

When submitting a request: the problem type, description, attached photos (up to 5) and — optionally — GPS location coordinates.

Technical data: device type and push-notification token — used solely to deliver notifications.

Your data is used only to receive requests, route them to the relevant district or regional ecology department, review them and keep you informed of their status.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The content and location of your request are shared with the staff of the district or regional ecology department responsible for resolving it.

Where required by law, data may be provided to authorized government bodies.

Your personal data is protected in accordance with the state information-security requirements of the Republic of Uzbekistan and transmitted over encrypted channels.

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data.

To do so, contact us through the Help center in the app or via the contacts listed below.

You may be sent a push or SMS notification whenever a request's status changes. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device or app settings.
